1. Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor

The CroBEE Nucleic Acid Extraction System is a magnetic bead–based automated system capable of isolating nucleic acids from a variety of sample types including whole blood, plasma, swabs, urine, BAL, CSF, and serum—perfect for downstream PCR applications.

  • Technology: Fully automated magnetic separation.
  • Capacity: 1–18 samples.
  • Processing time: 50–55 minutes.

2. Sample-to-Result Automated Solution

The MyCROBE Sample-to-Result System brings together nucleic acid extraction, PCR setup (with automatic plate sealing), amplification, and results analysis—all in a single, integrated workflow.

  • Capacity: 1–36 samples, up to 90 tests per run.
  • Total turnaround: ~4 hours (30 minutes hands­on).
  • Magnetic-based extraction; 96-reaction PCR plate capacity.
  • Parallel processing: up to 10 tests per run.
  • Uses universal positive controls; automated analysis—no setup required.
  • Option to email results; multitest/sample capability.

3. Real-Time PCR System

The CroBEE Real-Time PCR System is a fully integrated platform for nucleic acid amplification and detection, supporting a wide range of fluorophores for comprehensive testing needs.
